You know when I was a college student I used to go the Improv, the comedy story, because I wanted to laugh.
I realized that the more that I laughed, the better student that I become.
Look, the topic today is how to have more humor.
This is Dr. Fab and I want to tell you I love this conversation that we’re having because having humor in our lives is essential for success, but more importantly it’s essential to have happiness in your life.

I want to take this time to really share with you the three ways that I’ve discover in how to have more humor in our lives.
The first one is you got to learn some jokes.
You know I remember that I loved to laugh at other people’s jokes, but whenever people ask me to tell them a joke I had nothing.
You know what?
Right now at least I have one joke that I memorized and I use it many times but I love it because it’s humor.
You want me to tell you what it is?
There was this person that it was a 75 year old woman and she was a widower and she came into my office and all of a sudden she realized that she wasn’t feeling very well.
She hadn’t taken a shower.
She hadn’t done her hair.
I just adjusted her and I went on with my day.
Three weeks later she came to me and she said, “Dr. Mancini, what you said to me changed all the world.”, and I said, “Mrs. Jones, what happened to you? What are you doing with this 20 year old man next to you and you’re dressed to the T with high heels looking great and beautiful.”
She said, “Well Dr. Mancini, you said to me have a hot man and be cheerful.” I said, “Mrs. Jones, that’s not what I said. What I said to you is you have a heart murmur so be careful.”
Look, it’s the only joke that I know.
I hope you laugh at it.

The second thing I want you to do is that I want you to laugh at the difficult times in your life.
Let me tell you, there’s so many studies out there and books written that when we laugh at our problems we tend to actually surpass our problems much faster.
More importantly than that, we don’t get sick because of our problems.
I want you to laugh at your problems right now.
I want you to take a look at them, put them in front of a mirror on a little sticky note and just laugh at them.
Laugh at them until you just ache in your belly.
The last thing I want to share with you in how to have more humor in your life is I want you to watch fully clips in Youtube.
Look, the other day I was watching some of the Youtube clips that I get from some of my friends and I realized that Youtube has so many funny clips and it could be 30 seconds, it could be 60 seconds, but watch something that makes you laugh throughout the day.
Just bring that humor.
We already know that when you laugh a lot you create new endorphins.
You also have hormones like serotonin that are going to make you very happy, so laugh and laugh and laugh.
These are the ways that we create humor in our lives.
