I want you to know today’s topic is How To Have Willpower. This conversation that we’re having is so essential because I have found that when you don’t have willpower, it limits your thinking, it limits your behavior, and most importantly, it limits the destiny that you were designed to have.
1. Be clear with what you want.
2. Remove distractions.
3. Ask for help.
You know, when I graduated from chiropractic college, I was so excited because I knew I was going to bring this beautiful philosophy science and art to so many people in my community.
And then what I did is that I needed a bank loan.
Because I didn’t have enough money to start my own business, so I thought.
I went to the first bank, and they rejected me.
I went to another bank, and they rejected me.
Well, guess what?
I got rejected nine times, but I kept going. I kept going because I kept saying, “I got to have the willpower to keep going if I want to be able to serve those people in my community.”
And you know what?
I went to the tenth bank, and they gave me the loan.
This is Dr. Fab Mancini, and I want you to know today’s topic is How To Have Willpower.
This conversation that we’re having is so essential because I have found that when you don’t have willpower, it limits your thinking, it limits your behavior, and most importantly, it limits the destiny that you were designed to have.

But most importantly on this video, I want to share with you the three ways that I have found of how to have more willpower in your life.
Are you ready for that?
The first thing is, you got to be clear, very, very clear with what you want.
How do you have willpower if you’re unclear about what you’re trying to accomplish, or even what direction you want to go?
Or, where do you want to end up?
I want you to spend some time right now, and very clear, whether you want certain things for personally or whether you want some things professionally.
I want to make sure that those clear goals are so clear that anyone will understand them.
And if you don’t understand them, that needs to be addressed.
And test it with other people, and say, “Hey, if you read this in my goals, can you tell exactly that I know what I want, or is it a little bit off and confusing?”
Because sometimes, those people around you can be great accountable people that can help you with that.
Be clear with everything that you want, and I promise you that all of a sudden, that willpower is there because no one out there is going to distract you.
No circumstances, no people.
And even those naysayers that tend to creep around us, those are going to go away because you’re clear with what you want.
The second thing is, I want you to remove distractions in your life.
I found out that what kills my willpower is when I’m distracted.
Distracted because I’m dealing with issues of, or somebody else.
Or when my agenda becomes somebody else’s agenda.
Or when I’m spending all my emotional power on somebody else’s issue instead of them resolving it for themselves.
Why are you worrying about somebody else?
You have no control over anybody else.
Why are you fearful about things in the future when they haven’t even happened?
We do that every single day.
Remove those distractions.
Stay clear with your goals, and I promise you, willpower is going to follow you, and it’s going to help you make sure that you achieve everything that you set out to do.
And the last thing that I want to tell you on how to have this willpower is you got to ask for help.
I got to tell you one thing.
I realized in my life, and I’ve got to be honest, later on in my life, that there’s no way that I can accomplish everything that I have by myself.
I need to have the help of you and all of my friends out there that can help me reach the millions of people that I reach on a weekly basis.
Because I’m on a mission.
I’m on a mission to help you.
I’m on a mission to help them.
I’m on a mission to be able to let every single individual that they need to be the best version of themselves.
That the world right now needs you to be the best that you can be.
That you need to fulfill that potential that you were born with instead of being complacent and settling.
I said it.
Settling for what you have.
