Hi, it’s Dr. Fab Mancini and I’m so excited to dedicate this season to you. I’m actually doing the topics you want me to do.
This one comes from MJ on YouTube.
MJ writes, “Dr. Fab, how do I turn defeat into success?”
Now, I still remember when I first started my practice, I made every mistake in turning in a workers compensation claim.
Now, I wasn’t doing insurance when I first started, but I had a patient that came in and they wanted workman’s compensation.
Well, I made every mistake you can possibly make.
I thought I failed.
I failed one time, I submitted it again.
I failed again, I submitted it again.
I failed again.
After nine times, I got paid.
I want you to know that six months later, the head of workmen’s compensation in the Dallas area came into my office to tell me that they use my template and my claims as a model for every doctor in Texas.
I want to share with you at least three things that you can do right now to turn your failure into success.
The first one is, I want you to always be seeking the lesson.
There is no failure.
Failure is only a preparation, it’s only a test for you to learn something.
What is the lesson that you can learn so you can truly be successful?
The second thing is, you’ve got to keep trying.
You know, one of our biggest challenges is that as human beings, we give up too soon.
Don’t give up.
I want to make sure that you go and continue to try and try and try until you succeed.
The last one is, I want you to learn from others. I want you to know that every failure, you can learn from other people.
What I do is that I start studying the lives of other people that have done similar things, and what can I learn from them.
I go and ask them, I go and interview them.
I go and visit them.
This is how you learn from other people.
Turn your failures into success.
I know you can do that.
I’ll see you in the next video.
