Hi, this is Dr. Fab Mancini and I’m so excited that you join us. This new season is so great because we’re only doing topics that you write to me about. These are all your topics that are going to make the biggest difference in your life. Jenna from San Francisco actually put a message on YouTube that says, “Dr. Fab, how do I take action in my life?”
1. Be clear with what you want.
2. Don’t let others talk you out of it.
3. Be patient if it doesn’t work out immediately.
Hi, this is Dr. Fab Mancini and I’m so excited that you join us, because this new season is so great because we’re only doing topics that you write me about.
These are all your topics that are the topics that are going to make the biggest difference in your life.
Jenna from San Francisco actually put a message on YouTube that says this, “Dr. Fab, how do I take action in my life?”
How do you take action in your life?
Well, I want to tell you, in my life I’ve had many opportunities in which I realized that action is the key.
One of those went when I decided to become a chiropractor.
As you know, I was going to be a medical doctor, and I was even going to think about becoming a neurosurgeon.
But, because of a series of things that happened in my life, I realized that I wasn’t as passionate about becoming a medical doctor than I was about becoming a chiropractor.
None of that would have ever mattered unless I took an action step. I filled out an application.
I filled out an application and I sent it to Barker, and I got accepted.
Take an action step.
I want to share with you three things that right now I have learned to be able to allow you to take action in your life.
The first one is, be clear with what you want.
You see, I wanted to be a chiropractor.
I didn’t know if that was going to be the best thing for me, or if I would even going to be accepted, but I did.
What is it that you want?
Be very clear about it.
The more clear you are, the more that you can take an action step behind it.
The second thing is, don’t let others talk you out of it.
I can tell you right now that whenever you going to take an action step, you’re going to have other people resisted, you’re going to have other people try to talk you out of it.
Because less than 10% of the population are the action driven people.
That’s we’re the ones that make things happen.
Be one of those, because we need you there.
The last one is, be patient when it doesn’t work out immediately.
You see, many times when we take action we expect everything to happen right away, and if it doesn’t we stop taking action and we become paralyzed.
I want to be patient.
Keep taking action, keep taking action.
You know, they say that most people have a 10 year overnight success. Keep taking action.
I promise you, it will pay off for you.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this episode and I can’t wait to see you on the next show.
